Responsibilities

Assess training needs through evaluations and collaborate with department heads to design modules that address specific skill gaps.
Design and implement effective training programs tailored to organizational needs using various methods and technologies.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs, make necessary improvements, and utilize feedback and performance data to enhance outcomes.
Manage end-to-end operations of training execution, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all training activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in training and development.
Ability to apply various adaptive training methods.
Exposure to multiple industries is a plus.
Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate well with others.
Willingness to travel as needed.
