Mental Health Counselor EAP – Freelancer

What You Will Do

• Provide professional psychological and clinical consultation to employees regarding personal, emotional, and work-related concerns.
• Deliver counseling and wellbeing support through telephone, live chat, and video sessions (immediate and scheduled services).
• Assess and respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in a timely manner.
• Manage assigned client cases and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Facilitate referrals to relevant support services, including medical or community resources when required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology only
• Must be a Licensed Registered Psychologist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in the Philippines
• Experience in counseling, clinical practice, or wellbeing programs is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of professional ethics in psychological practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication tasks.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and organizational environments.
